SeeiTThinkiTDoiT operates globally but relies on Kajabi LLC (U.S.) as its primary hosting and processing provider.

  • Kajabi is certified under the EU–U.S. DPF, the UK Extension to the EU–U.S. DPF, and the Swiss–U.S. DPF (see: dataprivacyframework.gov).

  • Kajabi’s compliance with the DPF is subject to U.S. FTC enforcement. Kajabi remains liable for onward transfers to third parties that do not meet the DPF Principles.

  • Where appropriate, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and other legal mechanisms are also used to safeguard international transfers.

By using our Products, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other jurisdictions where Kajabi or its service providers operate.

 

Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary to:

  • Provide Products and fulfill contracts.

  • Meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations.

  • Resolve disputes or enforce agreements.

  • Comply with retention laws (e.g., financial records).
