This quiz is meant to quantify relative outcomes so you know where your BIGGEST GAIN is RIGHT NOW to stop Systemic Inflammation.

Here's how you do it:

1. Take a sheet of paper or your journal and write Q1, Q2, ....up to Q15 on each line. You're going to mark your a,b,c or d scores at each question

2. At each question, carefully think what your habits are at this point in your life

3. Write down the score and go to the next question

4. When you've completed the first Five Questions, rate your score

5. Move on and do the same for the other two sections 'Temperance' and 'Vivacity'

6. You compare the totals of your three scores and the highest score is your BIGGEST WIN!
